Combining a life of Expedition set in motion by time devoted to the Marine Corps, Romeo has seen the world and its unique cultures through a lens most couldn't dream of.

After his formative military career Romeo took vibrant experience into a more approachable setting. Through ambitious goal setting and clear situational leadership Romeo took multiple ancillaries within Costco Wholesale beyond company expectations. While maintaining profit levels 10% higher than industry standards, Romeo developed the strategy and tension necessary to grow service and retail based businesses.

Twenty three years ago Romeo took it a step further by opening Sessions Catering and Kitchen… This new venture gave Romeo the necessary platform to encourage personal growth, connect with others in his community, and above all leverage his unique background and skills to contribute to society.

Romeo uses Sessions Catering as a platform to add value directly through the meals and events he executes… but also indirectly with Sessions Kitchen, a food service incubator for passionate individuals with new businesses. Sessions Kitchen is a place for others to experiment, a place for them to grow and above all a place for Romeo to propel and nurture the continued growth of his community.
